Job Title: Commercial Case Manager
Job Location: Hybrid (Garden City)-4 times a week onsite
Salary: $65k-$75k

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Case Manager to join our team and manage all commercial matters. You will have the opportunity to forge new relationships within client organizations and expand out outreach within those organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for case management and handling all phases of the administration of various types of claims submitted for arbitration and/or mediation from inception through to conclusion.
- The CM is responsible for the application of applicable rules/protocol and processes for the administration process.
- The CM coordinates time frames and deadlines; communicating with parties and/or counsel involved in the matter and our mediators and/or arbitrators ("Neutrals") on the case; calendaring and monitoring the status of cases submitted and following up with parties are all daily activities of the CM.
- The CM will also assist with the recruitment and vetting of Neutrals throughout the US and internationally.
- Working directly with senior management on the implementation of ADR programs and new business opportunities, the CM will prepare materials associated with the development of new business opportunities and respond to inquiries regarding our services.
- Administratively, the CM will partner with the Accounting/Finance team to assist in the invoicing of cases to the parties/participants and the vetting of invoices from, and payments to, Neutrals.
- The CM works closely with senior management and other departments within our company to ensure and provide excellent client service, case management and administration and good relations with the Neutrals.
- CM is responsible for regular contact/communication with clients, neutrals and counsel.
- CM assists in monitoring and following for payments, invoices and retainers.
Qualifications:
- The CM will have excellent organizational and time management skills, and superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Education: Bachelor's degree/Paralegal certificate.
- 3-4 years of experience in the legal industry (litigation preferred) or ADR industry or judicial system.
