Position Overview
The Claims Analyst is responsible for reviewing and analyzing insurance claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. This role involves investigating claims, determining coverage, and making recommendations for settlements to provide exceptional service to our clients while minimizing risk for the company.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze insurance claims submissions for accuracy and completeness.
Investigate claims by collecting relevant information and documentation from various sources.
Determine coverage and eligibility based on policy terms and conditions.
Make recommendations for settlements and negotiate with claimants when necessary.
Collaborate with other departments, such as underwriting and legal, to resolve complex claims issues.
Maintain detailed records of claims activities and outcomes in the company's claims management system.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding claims status.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in claims analysis or a similar role in the insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of property and casualty (P&C) insurance and claims processes.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
