Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled junior-level Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing construction projects that enhance infrastructure and public works. This role requires strong technical expertise in civil engineering principles and the ability to manage projects from conception to completion while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design and evaluate infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, and buildings.
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for new construction projects.
Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations during all stages of construction.
Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software for project design and analysis.
Perform surveys to determine accurate measurements and specifications for projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Internship/Co-Op/Educational experience in civil engineering projects.
Proficient in blueprint reading and CAD software.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
