Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Plaintiff Contract and Estate Attorney to handle a diverse caseload in both contract disputes and estate-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful litigation and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients. Responsibilities
-Appear in court for trials and motions on behalf of plaintiffs.
-Manage discovery and trial preparation processes effectively.
-Demonstrate strong writing, analytical, and litigation skills.
-Handle plaintiff-side contract dispute cases, including breach of contract, contractual interpretation, and related litigation.
- Represent clients in estate and probate matters, including contested wills, fiduciary duties, and estate administration.
-Draft and review legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, motions, and estate plans.
Qualifications
-2+ years of plaintiff litigation experience
-Admitted to NJ Bar
-Juris Doctor
-Strong understanding of contract law, estate law, probate law, and related legal areas.
-Excellent legal writing, research, and communication skills.
-Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
-A commitment to providing outstanding client service
