What You Need for this Position

A related bachelors degree is preferred and at Least 3 Year of construction experience/knowledge of:

- Experience working for a general contractor, architectural, engineering firm or construction manager is required
- Commercial, retail, higher education, multifamily, healthcare and / or life-science projects are a plus
- Assist with scheduling and job site safety
- Help coordinate subcontractor progress
- Solid understanding of how to manage the dynamic relationships and components required for a a construction project
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. word, excel, etc.) and MS Project software
- Understanding of Procore or Bluebeam software desired but not required
