Account Executive

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new mid-market accounts, developing relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target prospective mid-market clients through outbound sales efforts and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present Statements of Work (SOWs) and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools like SalesForce and NetSuite to manage sales pipeline and track customer interactions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas and targets, focusing on Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions and customer onboarding.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position our products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role, preferably in Software and Hardware
  • Strong understanding of mid-market sales processes and techniques, including outbound prospecting and cold calling.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, particularly SalesForce and NetSuite.
